Our Delivery Options
Delivery will usually take 2 to five working days from order. If you need it quicker, please contact us and we will try and arrange. In exceptional circumstances it can take up to 10 working days and is subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control.
In order to keep your bill as low as we can, we pass post & packaging charges on at cost.

||For gift packs and cases of beer deliveries to post codes DH / SR / NE / TS and DL.
|National Beer Delivery
||For gift packs and cases of beer Beers will be delivered by courier within 5 working days. Mainland UK and Scottish mainland only.

How Our Delivery System Works
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Richmond Brewing Company Limited. Once your beers are ready for dispatch, you will receive a further shipment confirmation e-mail providing details of your delivery. Our couriers, APC, will then be in touch with a tracking number that you can use on their website to find out the very latest information on your delivery. Should you have a question about your delivery, please contact APC in the first instance on 0800 37 37 37.
If you are not in when delivery is made, and a safe place has not been specified, then a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail, the goods will return to Richmond Brewing Company Limited, and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account. You will forfeit the delivery charge. Should you contact us to arrange re-dispatch, we will charge a further (standard) delivery cost to your account.
We strongly advise against leaving goods without a signature, and will not be held liable for any losses incurred this way. Please note that we are not permitted by law to leave alcoholic goods with anyone who cannot prove they are over 18.
If you have any queries or are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please email us in the first instance on email@example.com letting us know as much detail as possible, including your order number and the date you made your purchase. We usually aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day.
